Delivery times

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and dispatched within 48 working hours of you placing your order. Please note that if your order contains more than 1 case, they may be sent separately to avoid breakage. 

Returns & refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and unopened. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lostorchards.co.uk.
